The mobile app
The TerraBrains app for iPhone, iPad and Android signs in to the same account and workspace as the web app. Field records captured offline stay on the device and sync automatically the next time you are online and signed in. Plans and seats are managed by your workspace owner.
Delete your account
- In the app — More → Delete account.
- On the web — sign in and open Settings → Delete account.
- Without signing in — email privacy@terrabrains.ai from the address on your account.
Deletion erases your personal data immediately and permanently disables your sign-in. Records that form part of the audit chain and the authorship of issued engineering reports are kept in pseudonymous form, and encrypted backups roll off within about 30 days — the details are in the Privacy Policy. If you own a workspace, transfer ownership or close the workspace first.
