Before the trial ends, choose a paid plan in Settings → Billing or cancel before the charge date. Cancellation and data-handling terms are governed by the Terms and Privacy Policy.
Choose a paid tier (Solo, Studio, Team, or Enterprise) in Settings → Billing before the trial charge date. If you cancel before that date, you pay nothing. Subscription, cancellation, and data-handling terms are described in the Terms and Privacy Policy.
Annual billing saves 17% — you pay for 10 months and get 12, billed as one annual invoice. Monthly billing is more flexible at the published monthly rate.
Quotas are hard limits at the database level — the trigger refuses the write if you're at the cap. The UI surfaces a warning when you hit 80% of any limit (active projects, seats, AI queries). You can upgrade instantly from /settings/billing — the change takes effect on the next API call, no downtime, no migration.
Cancel at any time from /settings/billing — your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've paid for (so a monthly cancel keeps access until the next bill date, annual until the anniversary). We don't prorate refunds on partial months. If something goes wrong on our end, email hello@terrabrains.ai and we'll work with you to make it right.
Yes — AGS 4.x and DIGGS 2.x export is available on every paid tier (and the Student tier). You can export supported project data and download files available in your workspace. Audit-chain hashes can be exported so a third party can independently verify provenance.
Enterprise is self-serve at $1,999/mo for the whole organisation: 50 seats included (then +$50/seat), unlimited projects, the 165-analysis base catalogue (the 48 specialist analyses in the 4 optional packs are priced separately), AI features, full SHA-256 audit-chain export, and SSO sign-in (Google / Microsoft). A draft DPA and custom procurement can be discussed with us. Single-tenant or on-prem deployments require a separate written scope.
